One-to-one glossaries probably are the most well known type of glossaries. Every source term is related to exactly one target term.

Translating source terms without trailing period with target terms with trailing period via Auto-assembling

In cases where you want to translate a source term that doesn't end with a period, with a target term that does end with a period, you will have to add this period twice.
