Automatic transfer of remaining tags
Tick Translation > Transfer > Automatic transfer of remaining tags to let CafeTran automatically add superfluous tags to the end of the segment. Only one tag will be displayed at the end of the segment. This can come in handy for certain file types (e.g. IDML, badly formatted Transit projects, etc.), or when you need different formatting in your translation than in the original source text.

Note that CafeTran currently doesn't handle these segments correctly in QA End punctuation check and QA Leading and trailing spaces check.
