Hi, I’m Michael Beijer. I’m a Dutch ⇆ English technical/patent translator and terminologist (with almost 30 years of experience). I provide well-researched, fluent translations from Dutch into English and vice versa. I am fully bilingual, having grown up speaking both languages. | |||

Correct and consistent terminology is critical in technical translation. I therefore maintain an extensive database of specialist terminology in the form of glossaries, termbases, word lists, (scanned) paper dictionaries, websites and other resources. I keep track of this wealth of terminological data in a wiki called ‘Beijerterm.com’. | |||
