As I said before:

As you will see, this term is often used in Dutch with the meaning of 'de huidige situatie vaststellen', f.i. the client's current situation in terms of information governance, data quality, privacy etc. etc. As a next step, improvement actions are formulated based on the outcomes of the 'quickscan'.
